Subway rated best for breakfast
Consumer Reports releases new list of best breakfast sandwiches
No description foundHOUSTON – Subway is the place to go for the best breakfast sandwich, according to Consumer Reports.
It graded the taste and nutrition of 106 egg sandwiches from Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway and Wendy's.
The consumer group found Subway's egg white and cheese on mornin' flatbread was best.
Of all the choices, just six breakfast sandwiches rated 'very good' for nutrition and they all came from Subway.
No breakfast sandwiches from Burger King, McDonald's or Wendy's rated better than fair.
