Houston restaurants that are open on Christmas Day

HOUSTON – On Christmas Day, after the presents are opened and the wrapping paper is picked up, tummy's will start rumbling.

There is good news if you don't feel like cooking. There are a lot of restaurants open on Christmas Day to serve you and your family.

Instead of turkey with stuffing, try the chicken parmagian at Buca di Beppo. The Weslayan location and the restaurant in the Woodlands open at 11 a.m. Sunday.

Have a steak dinner at Saltgrass Steakhouse. Most locations are open from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., with a special Christmas menu.

Babin's Seafood locations are open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with their regular menu.

Want something less fancy, but still crave comfort food? There's always House of Pies on Kirby or Westheimer open 24 hours every day. Luby's will open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
