HOUSTON – Houston faces another threat of severe weather overnight Tuesday and into Wednesday morning. The strongest storms are forecast to hit between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m., which could make the morning commute messy.
The system carries the potential for damaging winds, with the possibility of tornadoes on the edge of the line of storms. Localized heavy rainfall is also possible, which can lead to street flooding.
