PASADENA, Texas – A Pasadena dad was arrested after investigators said he hit his 13-year-old daughter over beer.
The daughter told officers she poured out the ice and beer from her dad's ice chest during an argument.

According to investigators, the daughter said her dad became angry and shoved her onto the ice and beer.
That's when police said Francisco Barrientos, 31, grabbed her by the hair with his hands and pulled her up off the ground and dragged her through the front yard and up a three step staircase.
According to court documents, Barrientos then struck his daughter with his hand.
Barrientos is charged with injury to a child under 15.
He is being held in jail without bond.
