HOUSTON – A major accident involving an overturned 18-wheeler shut down 610 East Loop Northbound at Clinton Drive.
Investigators say the accident happened just after 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters were seen spraying the tanker truck with water after it was reported that over 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel was leaking from the overturned tanker.
The roadway reopened around midnight.
