Friday’s Rain Timeline:

Daily rounds of rain will have a little more juice and energy to work with because of two weather features moving in.

A stalling front begins to sag into Texas, and at the same time, a plume of tropical moisture from the Gulf moves into the Houston area, raising rain chances to nearly 50% both Saturday and Sunday.

Rain chances will continue through the early part of the week. Monday, there is even a low risk of flooding.
