According to Dr. Vital from Vital Allergy & Asthma Center: You should seek treatment for a cedar allergy or a cedar sensitivity when your symptoms are: debilitating, if pollen is so irritating and so high it’s problematic for you, you can’t breathe, have significant sleep disturbances, or you can’t function on your job.
