Wednesday’s Forecast:
HOUSTON – Fog develops Tuesday night and drops visibility less than a quarter mile Wednesday morning.
Drivers should caution themselves heading out the door. Check out this great reminder of how to stay safe when you run into those foggy skies.
The dense fog will ease by 10 AM, and partly sunny skies return during the afternoon, helping temperatures warm above average into the upper 70s.
Otherwise, clouds will increase late Wednesday as a weak cold front will approach SE Texas.
Thursday’s Forecast:
Thursday’s weak cold front will bring isolated to spotty showers across SE Texas with no major cool-down.
Winds will change from the southeast to north behind the front; this shift will help tame dense fog Thursday morning as the northerly wind drags in drier air.
Wonderful Weekend:
If you are headed to the BBQ cook-off or Mardi Gras, there are no weather woes. The weather for Mardi Gras in Galveston will be WAY more enjoyable than the past soggy and cold weekend.
We stay rain-free with comfortable temperatures in the 60s and 70s across SE Texas.
10 Day Forecast:
We’ll be tracking another front early next week that could bring a chance for storms on Monday. Depending on the timing of the front, showers may linger into Tuesday’s kickoff of Rodeo.
