Late week cold front:

Thursday staying in the 70s but less sunshine as a cold front approaches late in the day, clouds increase. By Thursday night drizzle and spotty showers are possible but it isn’t until overnight into Friday morning where shower and thunderstorm chances become more scattered. The severe weather threat is low Friday along the cold front, Houston 1 out of 5. The front brings a dip in temperatures, Friday highs only in the upper 50s.
