HOUSTON – If you purchased FIFA World Cup tickets from a third-party vendor, such as StubHub, you’ll need to complete a few additional steps to secure your tickets on your phone before heading to the match.
After completing your purchase and receiving your order confirmation, you’ll need to accept the ticket transfer from the seller.

Here’s how:
Create a World Cup Account
Go to the FIFA World Cup ticketing website using the link provided in your ticket confirmation email. You can either sign in using the temporary email link sent to you or create a FIFA account using the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Verify Your Account
After logging in, you’ll receive a PIN via email to verify your FIFA World Cup account. Enter the PIN to complete the verification process.
Complete Your Profile
Once you’re logged in, go to Account Settings and select Profile to fill out your personal information. This step is required before you can receive your tickets.
After completing your profile, you should be redirected to the ticket transfer page. If you’re not redirected automatically, visit fifa.com/tickets .
Accept the Ticket Transfer
Accept the ticket transfer from your homepage, then download the FIFA World Cup app, where your tickets will appear for the match.
Keep in mind that tickets may not appear in the app until a few hours before kickoff.
