Heavy rain with thunderstorms moved through SE Texas this morning. Our afternoon is turning out to be a nice one! We’ll be under mostly sunny skies with temperatures sitting in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Friday’s storm system leaves behind beautifully cool weather. Mornings are cold in the 40s with pleasant afternoons in the lower-60s.

Severe weather threat Monday

Monday is our next severe weather threat. The latest data suggests the storms may move through earlier in the day. Our futurecast model below has the strongest storms arriving early afternoon. We’ll keep you posted.

After Monday’s storms temperatures lower Tuesday and Wednesday. We have another chance of rain Thursday and Friday of next week but these chances are much smaller than how we’ve started the year.
