Cold air moves in for this weekend!

Valentine’s Night:

It was a warm and windy day with highs in the lower 80s! This was one of the warmest Valentine’s Days on record, Hobby airport tied their record high of 81°.

As we go through the overnight hours expect mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the 60s. Winds will be from the southwest at 5mph.

Wednesday’s Forecast:

We are expecting to see cloudy skies and on-and-off light showers through the day on Wednesday. Rainfall accumulations will be minimal and showers will be brief so outdoor plans should be fine! High temperatures will be in the upper-70s to near 80 degrees.

Another cold front Thursday:

A cold front will sweep through Thursday morning bringing rain showers in the morning and significantly cooler temperatures! Temperatures will drop throughout the day with afternoon temperatures in the 50s.

Once the rain moves out Thursday morning we will see cool air move in! Morning temperatures will be in the 30s both Friday and Saturday morning. Next week looks warm with highs in the 80s for Presidents’ Day and Fat Tuesday.
