Saving the Attwater Prairie Chicken | HOUSTON LIFE | KPRC 2

As you walk around the Houston Zoo you see how it's helping animals around the world, but there are some animals the zoo is helping that you won't find on your visit. The zoo is an active partner with the Attwater Prairie Chicken National Wildlife Refuge. Together they're helping rebuild the population of this critically endangered animal. Houston Life's Enrique Ramirez went to the refuge in Eagle Lake to get an inside look at the program.
