Residents at the Rivington Townhomes on Del Monte Drive in West Houston say they’ve been dealing with ongoing hot water issues for months and some say they’ve had no hot water at all since the beginning of February.

A Northwest side family that was forced to live in raw sewage that had been flooding their apartment for days, with no help from property management.

KPRC 2 first told you about the complex in February after residents spoke out about mold, increases in HOA fees, and issues with maintenance requests. Now residents say they are receiving letters from the HOA’s attorney about harassment and the residents are also faced with a temporary restraining order.

Residents living at the Berkeley Court Condominiums on the Gulf Freeway are expressing their frustration and concerns about management and the Homeowners Association.
