Twenty-one men aged from their early 20s to late 60s were arrested Sept. 16 in an undercover prostitution sting by the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.

A Harris County man, Maximiano Torres, 28, was arrested and charged with online solicitation of a minor after an undercover operation by the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.

Precinct 4 received several tips about an increasing number of prostitution cases, especially around schools. For that reason, over the past few weeks, Constable Herman said his officers spent weeks conducting investigations, with undercover and uniformed personnel.

Detectives allege Jonathan Beyleveld, a lieutenant in the TX National Guard, "sent and requested sexually explicit photos as he tried to arrange a meeting with the undercover detective to have sex and drink alcohol."
