HOUSTON โ Travel agents are noticing a surge in travel among the Houston-area vaccinated population. Santos is fully vaccinated and hoping to make up for lost travel time in 2020. Last year, she had to cancel her annual trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico and her summer Mexican vacation. โIโve been out and about more than most of my friends,โ Santos said. Travel agents said theyโre already booking a large number of cruises for 2022 and 2023.

Palmeiras won with its first shot on goal in a dull and disappointing match. The Copa Libertadores title was also the first title for 42-year-old Ferreira as a manager. The Copa Libertadores final was the third to feature two Brazilian teams.

The Democrat has promised a more compassionate approach to immigration even as desperate families weigh their options inside mud-filled Central American homes. Some residents around San Pedro Sula reported gangs charging a tax to boats trying to rescue people from flooded neighborhoods. Hondurasโ Red Cross was just finishing up its search and rescue phase after Eta when Iota hit, said Mauricio Paredes, vice president of the Honduras Red Cross in San Pedro Sula.
Toddler taken in stolen SUV found safe, police say
HOUSTON โ A 2-year-old child was found safe after an SUV was stolen with the child inside, police said. Police said they received a call at around 9:20 a.m. Thursday about a vehicle that was stolen. According to officers, the babyโs mother went into a Walgreens located in the 13190 block of Bellaire Boulevard while the child was still in the vehicle. A DPS helicopter and HPD officers then proceeded to look for the SUV. Santos said the child was attempting to cross the street and was carrying his motherโs phone.
