The suspect accused of fatally shooting 15-year-old Westfield High School student Royce Witchet near campus has been arrested. Investigators are working to determine what led to the shooting, whether Witchet and the suspect knew each other, and what charges the suspect faces.

Royce Witchet, a 15-year-old described by his mother as loving, protective and passionate about sports and music, was fatally shot near Westfield High School and the Spring ISD administration building on Tuesday.
