A settlement agreement has been reached on the eve of a second trial pitting the Kardashian family against former reality TV star Blac Chyna.

Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White, is suing the Kardashians, alleging they destroyed her television career, and during jury selection her attorney Lynne Ciani asked 47 candidates their feelings about the plaintiff and defendants, and the reality shows the case stems from.

Rob Kardashian is continuing to go out and have a good time. The 33-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Monday to share a pic with some pals from his Fourth of July celebration. He shared several photos from the event, posing with Scott Disick, his older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, Tristan, and more. Rob Kardashian looks great amid his return to social media -- and he's been feeling great, too. A source tells ET that after making health and family a priority, the former reality star is better than he has been in years. "Rob is in the best place, he hasn't been doing this well in years," the source shares. ET's source adds, "Rob and his family are excited for this new journey Rob is on." In an interview with ET last July, Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian said that Rob had been working out at Kim Kardashian West's house.

Dream Kardashian was gifted with a second birthday celebration by her mom, Blac Chyna, over the weekend. The 3-year-old, whose dad is Rob Kardashian, celebrated her special day with an Aladdin-themed bash thrown by Chyna. The reality star took to Instagram on Sunday to share a sweet photo of her and Dream both wearing Princess Jasmine costumes and sitting on a magic carpet. "Happy 3rd birthday Dreamy ," Chyna captioned the pic, as fans took to the comments with birthday wishes for Dream. Kim Kardashian West shared pics of the party on her Instagram Story, including precious snaps of Dream with her cousins, Psalm West, 5 months, Chicago West, 1, and True Thompson, also 1.

Rob Kardashian took to Instagram on Sunday to wish his daughter a happy birthday alongside new photos of her being a certified boss on a helicopter ride. Rob Kardashian took to social media on Friday afternoon to share his adorable, matching father-daughter costume. The reality star and his 2-year-old daughter, Dream, dressed up as characters from the popular animated childrens movie and TV series, Trolls. Poppy Troll dressed up with Papa Troll for #Halloween #Dream, he captioned the image. "Rob wants to be around as long as possible for his daughter, Dream, and in doing so, knew he needed to take control of his health," the source shared. Sister Khloe Kardashian reiterated that Rob was successfully improving his health and wellness while talking to ET later in the summer.

Lamar Odom hit the ballroom on Monday night's premiere of Dancing With the Stars, and well, he hit the ballroom. Unfortunately for Odom, his premiere dance -- a Foxtrot to Michael Buble's "Feeling Good" with partner Peta Murgatroyd -- received plenty of comments from the judges... and one of the lowest scores in DWTS history. Goodman and Tonioli both gave Odom 3s, which paired with Inaba's 5, gave Odom a score of 11/30. The former Los Angeles Lakers told ET on Friday that he doesn't need any tips from the Kardashian family when it comes to competing on Dancing With the Stars. His former in-laws, Kim Kardashian West and Rob Kardashian, competed for the coveted award, but as Odom explained during rehearsals, they never took home the top prize. In 2008, Kim competed in the seventh season of DWTS with Mark Ballas as her partner. Meanwhile, Rob had a much better run during season 13 of the dancing competition show. Meanwhile, fans still don't know who Odom is paired up with for season 28, but he's ready to give it his all.
