Livingston Police say they were conducting an investigation after being made aware of a man who was attempting to find underage girls to meet up for sex.

The Polk County Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity Jason Barron was arrested on indecent assault and harassment charges.

An officer was reportedly involved in a shooting in Livingston on Sunday night. Preliminary details state that the shooting occurred at an Exxon service station on Pan American Drive.
