Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 40-year-old man found dead inside his taco truck on Dyna Drive late Thursday night. The suspects, described as two men in ski masks, were seen fleeing in a white sedan, and the motive is unknown as robbery is not suspected.

The search for an escaped inmate from the Harris County Jail came to a close on Friday when authorities were able to locate and capture him at his mother’s house hours after his disappearance.

A 12-year-old child is now dead after reportedly being shot in east Harris County.
