Sweden has won another bronze medal at the Women’s World Cup with Fridolina Rolfo and Kosovare Asllani scoring in a 2-0 win over co-host Australia.

Five years after being resigned to silver in the final of the Rio 2016 Olympic women’s soccer tournament, Sweden will get another opportunity to play for the gold medal in Tokyo after defeating Canada 1-0.

Sweden built on its tournament-opening defeat of Team USA when it handed Australia 4-2 loss in a terrific women's soccer match at Saitama Stadium on Saturday.
