Officials with Harris County Sheriff’s Office have arrived at a Houston hospital after a patient arrived with multiple gunshot wounds.

Authorities say Yonghua Lou was arrested on a prostitution charge at 81 Spa on Cypress Creekway, where she was also found to be an unlicensed massage therapist. Additional charges, including human trafficking, are likely, deputies said.

Investigators say the ex-boyfriend forced his way into the woman's apartment and a verbal argument turned physical to the point where she grabbed a knife.
