A procession was held for Harris County Pct. 5 Corporal Charles Galloway Friday morning.

An international manhunt came to an end Wednesday when the man accused of fatally shooting Harris County Pct. 5 Constable Corporal Charles Galloway on Sunday was captured in Mexico, according to the U.S. Marshal’s Office.
