Professional boxer Hannah Rapp, 26, died after being struck by a vehicle while cycling on FM 159 in Brazos County. Investigators say Charles Medina, 31, was arrested and charged with manslaughter after allegedly reversing his vehicle to strike Rapp following an initial pass of two cyclists.
