When “Elvis” opens in theaters Friday, it will resurrect one of the most iconic figures in American music in the biggest, most bedazzled film to ever try to capture the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll.

The series is loosely inspired by American journalist Jake Adelstein's non-fiction, first-hand account of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department beat.

This week’s new entertainment releases include Camila Cabello's third album, a documentary about the life of professional skateboarder Tony Hawk, and Ansel Elgort and Ken Watanabe starring in “Tokyo Vice,” a HBO Max crime drama.

Despite critical acclaim and two years-worth of anticipation, Steven Spielberg’s lavish “West Side Story” revival made little noise at the box office.

Ansel Elgort is denying the allegation he sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl. The accusation surfaced on social media last week, as a woman named Gabby claimed in a since-deleted post that Elgort sexually assaulted her in 2014, when she was 17. "I was distressed to see the social media posts about me that have been circulating in the past 24 hours," Elgort began his post. In her since-deleted post, Gabby alleged that she sent Elgort a DM on social media two days before her 17th birthday. She says Elgort gave her his private Snapchat, and claims he sexually assaulted her a couple days later, after she had turned 17.

Ansel Elgort is opening up about his views on love. I could be done sexually with my girlfriend," he continues of Violetta Komyshan, his high school sweetheart and current girlfriend. "I think weve been pretty clear that I want to feel free to fall in love with people and that [option] should be open, but sexually it can be closed off." For the reimagination, Elgort stars as Tony, alongside newcomer Rachel Zegler, who takes on the iconic role of Maria. Elgort -- who also recently launched his new fragrance collaboration with Ralph Lauren Fragrance -- marvels about his time on the set. Elgort had done the Polo Red and Red Rush campaign when Ralph Lauren tapped him for the collaboration. Sarah Paulson underwent a big metamorphosis for her role in the upcoming film, The Goldfinch. Paulson plays Xandra, a prostitute and ex-girlfriend of Larry Decker ( Luke Wilson), Theo's father. Her character and young Theo are understandably at odds sometimes in the film, which Wilson noted was "interesting to see someone who is competitive with a child." "And baseline, you're in my sandbox and I want you out of here," Paulson responded. I just think it's interesting because I think we all walk a fine line and she just doesn't."
