Tiffany Salameh joined the News4JAX team in June 2023 as a member of the I-TEAM and the Consumer Investigative Reporter.
Tiffany comes home to Jacksonville, FL from WBND in South Bend, Indiana, where she was nominated for three Emmys for her reporting on community issues and politics. She won an Emmy for her anchoring during a major winter storm in 2022. In South Bend, she followed former Mayor and Presidential Candidate Pete Buttigieg on his presidential campaign before taking over as main anchor.
She grew up in Jacksonville graduating from Mandarin High School and staying local for college too. She earned her bachelor's degree in Multimedia Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Florida. That's where she realized she had a passion for telling stories and started working on the leadership team for the university's school paper. Her senior year, she interned with both WJCT and News4JAX.
Tiffany is excited to be back at WJXT with familiar faces. She's an Arab-American with a big family here in Jacksonville. Highlighting minority communities, helping people, and holding people in power accountable are big motivators behind her journalism career.
When Tiffany is not at work, you can probably find her at one of our local beaches. She enjoys hunting for shark teeth, cooking, yoga and spending time with her three dogs and her husband.
