This week’s KPRC 2 & UTMB Health Athlete of the Week is Summer Creek High School’s Kennedy Simpson.
Simpson, who is a freshman, led the team to new heights by making it to regionals.
Carlesa Dixon, Summer Creek girl’s basketball head coach, said Simpson “plays as if she’s already a veteran on the team.”
