At 6-foot-11, Cenac has received evaluations projecting him as a likely mid–first-round pick in this June’s draft.
Cenac had a breakout freshman season for the Cougars, averaging 9.5 points and just under eight rebounds per game. His production played a key role in Houston’s 30-win season and deep run in the NCAA Tournament.
The Cougars advanced to the Sweet 16 before falling to Illinois at Toyota Center.
Cenac elevated his play in the postseason, averaging a double-double across Houston’s three tournament games.
