That includes their usual home-and-away games against the Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tennessee Titans.
And the Texans will face the Kansas City Chiefs, the defending Super Bowl champions from last season, in addition to the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills. Of that elite group, the Texans had one win against the Bills.
The Texans’ demanding schedule includes games against the NFC West and the AFC West.
This season, the Texans finished 1-5 against teams with losing records and 10-7 overall with a 9-2 record against teams with losing records.
Dates and kickoff times and television appearances for these games will be announced in the spring.
