HOUSTON – The NBA released its 2012-2013 schedule on Thursday.
The Houston Rockets' first game will be at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 31st in Detroit.
The Rockets make a stop in Atlanta on Nov. 2 before returning home to tip off the 10th season at Toyota Center against the Portland Trailblazers at 7 p.m. on Nov. 3.
Highlights on the schedule include a Dec. 25 game at Chicago on ESPN and a game on New Year's Eve at home against the Hawks.
The NBA world descends on Houston for the 2013 NBA All-Star weekend Feb.15 to 17.
