2 people shot by same bullet near Cypresswood and FM 1960

Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after a couple was shot by a single bullet while driving in North Harris County.

The pair was driving south on Cypresswood near FM 1960 just after 11 p.m. Monday.

Authorities say the bullet entered through the passenger window, striking a woman in the chest and then a man.

Both victims were transported to a local trauma center and are currently in stable condition.

Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage and searching for the shooter.
