No description foundHOUSTON – KPRC 2 anchor Bill Balleza emceed the BARC gala at Sam Houston Park on Tuesday.
He was there with co-chairs Mayor Annise Parker along with Sidney and Donald Faust.
All of the proceeds from the event benefit the BARC animal shelter and its programs.
