The man and woman who lived at the home were arrested.
Veterinarian Dr. Bob Shoup is caring for the cat. He said its meth exposure was secondary, meaning it was not given the drug. The veterinarian said a cat would not survive direct exposure.
Shoup said the cat's biggest health issue is its teeth.
"We grade cats' teeth through five. His teeth are absolutely horrible. I'd grade them almost a 10," he said.
After dental surgeries and more monitoring, Shoup will determine whether the cat will make a suitable pet.
