Woman accused of creating fake Craigslist ad soliciting sex for husband's mistress

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 48-year-old Harris County woman has been charged with online impersonation after court records indicate that she posted a fake Craigslist ad on July 14, 2017.

Tamantha Johnson is charged with the felony.

According to court records, Johnson posted an ad containing the age, physical features, personal cellphone number and a personal photo and requesting married men to come over and service the woman her husband was cheating on her with on a regular basis.

Court records indicate that Johnson told authorities that her husband and the woman were having an affair and she wanted the woman to admit to it.

The woman told authorities that she received about 100 inquiries to her personal cellphone due to the Craigslist ad.

She also said she received several unwanted naked photos from unknown men due to the ad.

Johnson posted a $5,000 bond. She is due in court Friday.
