Spring ISD 9th grade campus evacuated due to gas odor

SPRING, Texas – The ninth grade center at Spring Independent School District was evacuated Monday after a odor of gas was detected, according to Spring firefighters.
The odor was traced to the kitchen area of the campus.
Firefighters responded and staged fans to help ventilate the building.
The cause of the gas odor is unknown.
