Man accused of gunning down ex-girlfriend's new beau in Houston movie theater parking lot

HOUSTON – A man is accused of gunning down his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend outside an AMC movie theater Saturday night in southeast Houston.
Adrian Mondragon, 22, is charged with murder.
Houston police said the victim, who has not been identified, was shot after Mondragon confronted his ex-girlfriend and the man she was with outside the theater.
Police say Mondragon, armed with a rifle, fired one shot and struck the victim in the chest. The victim died at the scene.
