HOUSTON, Texas – Houston police are investigating a possible shooting at a Gulf Freeway nightclub this morning.
Officers responded around 4 a.m. to 9255 Gulf Freeway after a call came in reporting a shooting. At least one person has been transported to a hospital, though police have not confirmed a shooting has taken place.
A man in the parking lot, who says he did not witness the incident, tells authorities there was an argument inside El Botanero. He says a waitress shot a man and that the victim was grabbing his neck, suggesting he may have been shot in the neck.
Houston police are handling the investigation.
