HOUSTON – Police are responding to a reported shooting near Westbury High School in southwest Houston, located at 11911 Chimney Rock Road, according to the Houston Police Department.
HISD said the high school is in secure mode due to “an incident near the school.”
KPRC 2 confirmed that HPD Homicide is responding.
Authorities are expected to hold a media briefing with more details as this develops.
