Authorities ask public for help identifying suspect accused of exposing himself at NW Harris County apartment complex

The suspect has allegedly looked into apartment windows at night and exposed himself at the complex during the day

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office is asking the public for help identifying a suspect wanted in connection to an indecent exposure investigation.

The constable’s office says the incidents happened at an apartment complex located in the 13000 block of Windfern Road.

The suspect has allegedly been seen looking through a complainant’s window at night and has also reportedly been seen exposing himself while walking through the apartment complex during the daytime.

“The suspect’s actions are unacceptable, and deputies are working diligently to identify and apprehend him,” the constable’s office said.
