Investigation underway after man killed in Huffman shooting

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities say a man is dead after being shot in the Huffman area Tuesday evening.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened in the 700 block of Rolling Creek Drive, which is not far from Lake Houston.

Deputies responded and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital in critical condition where he later died.

Crime scene investigators and homicide detectives are currently responding to the scene.
