Father dies at hospital after being choked by his teenage son in west Harris County
Authorities are investigating a deadly family disturbance in west Harris County Tuesday morning.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a home in the 21400 block of Sagrantino near Monticello Terrace.
When deputies arrived, they found a man in a chokehold being held by his teenage son.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Crime scene investigators and homicide detectives are now heading to the scene to determine what led up to the incident.
Officials have not released the identities of those involved and have not said whether any charges will be filed.
