Man shot to death during fight outside northeast Houston gas station

HOUSTON – A man is dead after a fight outside a gas station in northeast Houston Monday night.

Houston police responded to reports of a shooting in the 5700 block of Gessner around 8 p.m.

When they arrived, they said they discovered two men had been fighting in the parking lot when one of them took out a gun and shot the other.

Police said the only information they have about the suspect is that he’s in his 20s and left in a red vehicle.
