Teen shot during parking lot confrontation in west Harris County Authorities say altercation in parking lot led to gunfire
HOUSTON – A teenager was hospitalized after a shooting Sunday night in west Harris County .
Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a shooting at 14315 Bellaire Boulevard around 8 p.m.
According to initial reports, the victim and two others were walking through a parking lot when they got into an altercation with another group. Someone pulled out a gun, shooting the teen in the leg.
He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
