CHAMBERS COUNTY, Texas – TxDOT says all lanes of Interstate 10 in Chambers County have reopened following a fatal crash involving a tanker truck and nine other vehicle Thursday morning.
All lanes on Interstate 10 were shut down eastbound and westbound at mile marker 813 near State Highway 61 after the crash.

Texas DPS confirms one person died in the crash. Two other people were transported to hospitals with life-threatening injuries. Multiple other people were also transported for lesser injuries.
There was also a haz-mat spill associated with the crashed tanker truck.
**8:45pm Update** - All IH-10 westbound lanes are now open.
