Amber Alert issued for missing 7-year-old girl with autism in Pearland

PEARLAND, Texas – Pearland police are searching for a missing 7-year-old girl with autism Wednesday afternoon.

An Amber Alert was shortly issued for Skylar Hopson, who is also nonverbal.

Hopson was last seen in the 2000 block of Sunset Springs Drive, far Westside of the Shadow Creek Ranch Neighborhood. She is wearing a tie-dye dress.

Pearland PD has K9’s, drones, and Houston Police Department’s helicopter in the area searching.
