3 arrested in Montgomery County, accused of possessing drugs and identifying documents of unrelated person

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Precinct 3 deputies in Montgomery County arrested three people Wednesday after they were allegedly found to be in possession of multiple drugs as well as identifying documents and credit cards of an unrelated elderly person.

The arrests happened on Thursday in the 2400 block of Rayford Road.

According to the Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office, a deputy noticed a suspicious vehicle pulling into the parking lot of a closed business.

The deputy approached the vehicle after noticing multiple individuals parked near a dumpster on the property.

During the encounter, the deputy noticed behavior consistent with individuals being under the influence of narcotics.

The subjects were detained for safety while an investigation was conducted. One of the individuals, Mason Lee Pittman, was found to have an active warrant out for his arrest.

A search of the vehicle revealed multiple substances consistent with illegal narcotics, including Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Xanax, Marijuana, and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

Deputies also located identification, credit cards, and personal documents belonging to an elderly individual who was not present and had no confirmed association with the detained subjects.

Along with Pittman, Norman Segura and Cloe Denise Fields were also arrested.

All three are charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of identifying information of an elderly individual. Additional charges may be pending as the investigation continues.
