Man dies after being shot at southwest Houston apartment complex Police say suspect fled the scene in a gray Jeep
Houston police are investigating after a man was shot and killed early Monday morning at a southwest Houston apartment complex.
Officers were called around 2:20 a.m. to the 9700 block of South Gessner Road, where they found a man with a gunshot wound in the walkway area of the complex. Houston Fire Department paramedics rushed the victim to a nearby hospital, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Police described the victim as being in his 20s and said a tall Hispanic male was seen driving away in a gray Jeep.
Anyone with information is urged to contact HPD or Crime Stoppers.
