Authorities say pickup truck flees scene after pedestrian fatally struck in E. Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities say a man is dead after being struck by a vehicle near the Cloverleaf-area in east Harris County Friday.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said it happened in the 12600 block of Woodforest Blvd.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff’s office says the possible striking vehicle, described as a white pickup truck, fled the scene.
