METRORail Red, Green, Purple lines to adjust service Feb. 13–15 for maintenance

METRO to suspend rail service on parts of Red, Green, Purple lines this weekend (METRO)

If you rely on METRORail, expect changes this weekend. METRO will replace train service with shuttle buses on parts of the Red, Green and Purple lines while crews perform scheduled maintenance.

According to METRO, the work is part of the METRONow plan and includes repairs designed to improve reliability, reduce future disruptions and keep trains running on time.

METRO says rail service adjustments will be in place from Friday, Feb. 13, through Sunday, Feb. 15.

Shuttle buses will run every 10 minutes during the service disruption.

Red Line: Northline Transit Center / HCC Station to TMC Transit Center Station

Green and Purple Lines: Theater District Station to EaDo / Stadium Station

Riders are encouraged to allow extra travel time.

METRO Customer Service is available by call or text at 713-635-4000 from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.

METRO staff will also be on-site to assist passengers during the service adjustments.
