HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo will be giving an update on county preparedness ahead of the winter storm.
The press conference is scheduled to be held at 9:45 p.m. Saturday.
Hidalgo will be joined by other Harris County emergency management and first responder officials.
